Due to internal move, an opportunity currently exists for a Production Supervisor to join us on PM shift to oversee our 1:30pm shift at Inghams Primary Processing site, Murarrie, QLD. In this role, you will ensure smooth, safe and efficient production processes, while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment. This is a hands‑on leadership position, where you’ll guide and support your team to achieve production targets, meet safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes.

What you’ll do:

- Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals on the afternoon shift
n
- Ensure compliance is met across safety and food safety standards
n
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
n
- Provide hands‑on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity
n
- Oversee training and development to build team capability
n
- Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve efficiency targets
n




- Report on production outcomes and elevate issues as required
n

What you’ll bring:

n

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment
n
- Experience in food production or meat processing is highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
n
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
n
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment
n
- Computer literacy and experience with production systems are advantageous
n
