Brisbane Brewing Co Woolloongabba is seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations across the venue, including bar, restaurant, gaming room and functions. The role can be a Duty Manager or Venue Manager, with a focus on leadership and guest experience.
You'll manage day-to-day staff, stock, promotions and events, while upholding safety and licensing requirements. A solid track record in hospitality management and customer service is essential.
