Job Description
As Senior Legal Adviser, Corporate & Commercial, you will advise the department on complex legal matters.

Key responsibilities

n
You will work across a broad practice covering commercial, regulatory and contentious legal work.
n
provide explicit and authoritative legal advice on complex government matters.
n
lead complex and sensitive commercial and regulatory matters with little supervision.
n
advise on procurement, ICT, employment, OHS, investigations, inquiries, FOI and privacy matters.

At least 3–6 years of legal practice experience is preferred.
