We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Trade Hub Operatorto join our team at our 400m2 Geebung trade hub.

n

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has practical warehouse experience, and takes pride in providing excellent service to trade customers.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Your role will be varied, combining customer service, administration, warehouse and dispatch duties, including:

n

Serving customers over the counter and building strong relationships with our regular trade customers.

n

Taking customer orders and responding to product and order enquiries.

n

Preparing invoices and delivery dockets.

n

Entering and maintaining accurate stock and order information.

n

Picking and preparing customer orders.

n

Loading and unloading pallets and products.

n





Safely loading customer vehicles and commercial trucks using a forklift.

n

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe trade centre.

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with professional tradespeople.

n

Reliable, punctual and willing to be part of a supportive team.

n

Comfortable working in a busy trade/warehouse environment.

n

Physically capable of regular manual handling, including lifting 20kg bags and buckets.

n

Safety-conscious and takes pride in maintaining a tidy workplace.

n

Comfortable using computers for basic stock control, invoicing and order processing.

n

Previous experience in a paint store, hardware store, trade center, flooring, rendering, plastering or construction materials environmentwill be highly regarded.

n

Current and valid LF Forklift Licence – essential.

n
