What You Will Be Doing:

n

In this role, youll play a key part in providing end-to-end project contract advisor support, combining hands‐on project engagement with internal stakeholders and deep expertise in Australian procurement contracts. This role will require you to be on site 1 week per month. Your role will include:

n

- Drafting, negotiating, and executing project agreements in line with company standards and governance requirements
n
- Supporting procurement processes from scoping and design through to contract award and handover
n
- Facilitating contractor kick‐off, progress, and handover meetings to ensure contractual obligations are met
n
- Identifying commercial opportunities and applying sound commercial principles to drive favourable outcomes
n
- Managing contract administration, including dispute resolution, supplier onboarding, payment term oversight, and insurance compliance
n
- Collaborating with Commercial, Legal,



and Accounts teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues efficiently
n
- Coaching and mentoring project teams on procurement policies and processes
n
- Driving process improvements within the Finance & Contracts function to enhance productivity and outcomes
n

What You Will Need:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
n
- Extensive experience in mining contract supply negotiation and procurement
n
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence at all levels
n
- Analytical and problem‐solving capabilities with a solutions‐focused mindset
n
- Proficiency in contract administration and governance processes
n
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
n
