Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker to provide trauma‐informed care to children in residential care, within a multidisciplinary team. You will help create a protected, nurturing setting where young people build resilience and life skills.
Responsibilities include daily care, education and transport support, implementing care and safety plans, and collaborating with families and specialists. A rotating roster, including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, is required.
