The Reject Shop in Keperra is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead a store and help shape a refreshed customer experience ahead of a national transformation.
You will energise the team, set service standards and drive sales through solid operations and people leadership.
You'll manage on-floor leadership, champion customer service, and develop staff to become confident retail leaders in a busy, safety-conscious workplace.
