We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our highly regarded Property Management team on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days per week).
Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining lease and tenant information, ensuring lease compliance, and supporting the administration of a large and complex Victorian Government property portfolio.
This position offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced property professionals.
About the Role
- Support the administration of a portfolio of commercial leases, ensuring lease and tenant records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage lease-related financial processes, including tenant billings, invoicing, outgoings recoveries, rent reviews and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate lease set-ups, incentives and tenancy information, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Monitor lease compliance, maintain system data integrity and assist with arrears management.
About You
- Previous experience in lease administration, property administration or a similar role
- Exposure to commercial leases, licences and property documentation (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the M365 software package
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or currently working towards completion)
