About Focus on Furniture

At Focus on Furniture, we’re passionate about helping customers turn houses into homes. We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Consultant to bring that experience to life on the showroom floor.

This full-time role offers an average of 38 hours per week, with availability required across weekdays and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver strong individual sales, conversion, and productivity results
- Confidently close sales while maximising add-ons, packages, and finance opportunities
- Follow up on leads and quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Build genuine connections and uncover customer needs
- Provide tailored furniture and styling solutions that inspire
- Deliver accurate product advice on pricing, availability, and delivery
- Resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Process orders, payments, and finance applications accurately
- Maintain customer records and uphold compliance standards




- Support stock accuracy and store operations
- Collaborate to achieve store targets and deliver results
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and store updates
- Continuously build your product knowledge and sales skills
