Position requirements:

General Purpose of Position:
n
To provide high quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, Doctors and staff at the medical centre in a caring and supportive manner
n




To maintain confidentiality of all information
n
To provide flexibility in practice staffing arrangements
n
Able to work independently andas part of a team
n
Minimum 1 years' experience in a General Practice environment
n
Must be competent with Best Practice or Medical Director Software
n
Proficient with Microsoft Word and general IT skills
n
Excellent interpersonal skills
n
Able to communicate effectively with a variety of people
n
Able to work independently or as part of a team
n
Must have full Australian working rights
n
Contribute equitably to maintaining the cleanliness of the practice
n
This position requires an immediate start.
