We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow an established Queensland territory.

This is a proactive sales role for someone who enjoys getting out into the market, meeting businesses, opening doors and turning conversations into long-term client relationships.

You’ll promote training solutions that genuinely help businesses develop their people, including traineeships, apprenticeships, leadership programs, online training and skills assessment services.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Love meeting people and building relationships
- Are proactive, driven and comfortable developing current business
- Enjoy working towards targets and seeing results
- Can manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Want to sell a product you can genuinely believe in
- Experience in training, apprenticeships or workforce development is highly regarded, but not essential. We can teach you the industry.
