As a Community Support Worker in our cutting-edge Consumer Directed Care model, you will provide personalised care to people who are aged, frail, or living with a disability, helping them maintain independence and stay in their homes or Residential Aged Care facilities.

What you need

At the WHD4 level you will provide personal care and support to clients with complex care needs.

Assisting with self-medication under clinical supervision.
