About the Role

n

Working alongside our Food & Beverage team, you'll help with the preparation and delivery of quality food for our members and guests while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

n

You'll also play an important role in maintaining our high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, managing food costs and helping minimise wastage.

n

These positions work across a flexible 7-day roster,



with approximately 2-3 weekdays plus one weekend day required. Wherever possible, your hours will be allocated in collaboration with you.

n

About You

n

For us, attitude matters just as much as experience.

We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about food, enjoy being part of a team and are happy to get hands-on in a busy kitchen environment.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment - great to have, but not essential
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery - desirable, but not essential
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- A genuine interest in food and quality service
n
- A team-player mentality and hands-on approach
n
- Restaurant and/or banquet food preparation experience, or a willingness to learn
n
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- An understanding of kitchen protocols and food safety standards, including HACCP
n
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
n
