Burton Contractors is looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant project and showcase your leadership skills.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the project planning, organising, coordinating and controlling resources to maximise the achievement of the key objectives, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project program, quality requirements and client expectations.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be expected to:

Supervise and coordinate site personnel, leading continuous improvement efforts.

Effectively manage resources and implement best practices on-site.

Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to solve problems with deductive reasoning and analytical thinking.

Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.

Plan and prioritise daily workloads to respond to changing project requirements.

Maintain a robust focus on WHS, environmental requirements and quality standards.





Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction.

Bulk Earthworks project experience

TfNSW project experience

Site and people management expertise

Construction management knowledge

Resource management and utilisation

Aptitude in both written and verbal forms of communication

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Exposure to WHS, Quality & Process Improvement Management.
