The Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join a well-established civil construction team.

n

You'll manage 2–3 medium-sized commercial civil projects from estimating through to completion, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage civil projects from planning through to completion
n
- Prepare estimates, tenders and project proposals
n
- Manage budgets, costs, cash flow and project schedules
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams
n
- Manage variations, claims, EOTs and contractual requirements
n
- Ensure WHS, quality and project compliance
n
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n

- Car parks
n
- Paving preparation
n
- Building pads
n
- Cut & fill
n
- Small roadworks
n




- Commercial civil works
n

n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in civil construction
n
- Strong civil project management and estimating experience
n
- Excellent cost control and commercial knowledge
n
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Relevant Construction Management or Civil Engineering qualification highly regarded
n
- Strong civil construction knowledge is essential.
