We are looking for a capable Pub Cook/Chef. Our simple pub menu delivers, (even won some awards) and also allows room for you to be creative with specials. Lunch from Friday to Sunday and Dinner served Wednesday to Sunday, you'll be responsible for ordering, cost control, prepping, cooking, plating, and even some cleaning with help on hand to ensure a smooth service.

Gordon Ramsay is not in our sights, moreso a capable person to cook steaks, fish, schnitzels and vegetables to a consistent high standard for our strong local trade. Leave the tweezers and fancy flowers in the garden, the course of the day is excellent honest pub food, no more, no less.

5 weeks holiday per year

Own transport and accommodation is required. We will assist where possible.
