Production/Dispatch/Embroidery Assistant at Personalised Favours

Position: Production Assistant (Casual up to 37.5 hours per week until 18th December 2026)

The Role:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Assistants to join our Production team. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the creation of personalised items that bring joy to our customers' lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Production and Machinery Operation:

Prepare and operate either engraving and embroidery machinery with precision.

Prepare orders ready for dispatch

Quality Control and Assurance:

Ensure all items meet our rigorous quality standards.

Continuously monitor finished product quality and report defects promptly.

Packaging and Dispatch:

Carefully clean, package, and label products for secure dispatch.

Dispatching customer orders accurately and promptly.

Communication and Teamwork:

Maintain effective communication with team members and team leaders.





Facilitate a smooth workflow to ensure timely order completion.

Versatility and Adhoc Support:

Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with various tasks as required.

Tasks may include applying stickers, maintaining the warehouse, preparing boxes and gift wrapping.

Casual Position:

Your role will be on a casual basis, offering flexibility in your work schedule.

Availability and Shift Patterns:

Please indicate your availability for the following shift patterns:

8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Engraving/Embroidery)

4:00 pm - 12:00 am (Engraving/Embroidery)
