Join a growing WA marine construction contractor delivering wide-ranging and technically interesting works across jetties, marinas, boat ramps, piling, demolition and commercial marine infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Marine Supervisor to lead site crews on upcoming Perth-based marine projects, including major works in Rockingham and boat ramp and marina projects across WA. This is a hands‑on role suited to a practical Marine Supervisor who can lead from the front, keep works moving and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
The role
- Supervise day-to-day site activities across marine construction works from barges
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and site logistics
- Read and interpret drawings, programmes and work packs
- Drive protected work practices, quality outcomes and efficient production
- Work closely with project engineers and project managers to resolve site issues
- Maintain daily records, site paperwork and communication with the project team
About you
- Supervisory experience on marine construction projects including piling works from construction barges
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and manage subcontractors
- Practical understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality requirements
- Confident communicator with strong planning and problem‑solving ability
- Marine construction experience will be highly regarded on jetties, wharfs, marinas, floating walkways, pontoons or similar
- Currently Perth based, with existing Australian work rights

- Rockingham project hours Monday to Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, with Saturdays around 7:00am-2:00pm pending concrete pours or piling activities
