Job Description
Gough Recruitment is seeking a Strata Manager for a compact portfolio in Sydney's South East.
You will own 58 buildings and 580 lots, liaising with Owners Corporations, owners and contractors to coordinate maintenance, budgets and governance.
The role offers a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days WFH, a contemporary Eastern Suburbs office, and explicit progression under supportive leadership.
