Asa Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality foodwhile maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, presentation andservice.

Opportunitiesmay include corporate dining, functions, events, boardroom catering and otherpremium hospitality venues across Brisbane.

WhatWe're Looking For

- Experience in a la carte-corporate catering or 5-star hotels is ideal
- Passion for producing exceptional food with anemphasis on presentation and attention to detail

Requirements

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (orequivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, andWHS requirements
- Valid Police Check or willingness to obtainone
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working withChildren Check)



or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable
- Demonstrated creativity, professionalism,reliability and the ability to work independently

UniformRequirements

- Long-sleeved white chef jacket, chef pants, apron, chefhat, safety shoes and knives
