YMCA Victoria is seeking an operations (lifeguard) team leader for Newstead Outdoor Pool. You will oversee the lifeguard team, recruit, train, and schedule staff while supporting plant room operations and contractor systems to uphold aquatic safety protocols.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, audits, and end-of-month invoicing. The role requires robust admin skills and prior duty manager or lifeguard experience, with regular rostered hours including peak season.
