Hours: 38 hours per week

BIC Consolidated Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Contract Administrator occupation) to oversee the administration and performance of multiple service contracts.

n

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage budgets and financial reporting, and maintain strong client relationships across various sites.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Review and interpret service contracts and tender documents.
n
- Prepare and maintain budgets, invoicing schedules, and variation registers.
n
- Monitor expenditure and report on financial performance.
n
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met.
n
- Support the tender process, pricing, and analysis of new contracts.
n
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and WHS standards.
n




- Promote adherence to quality, safety, and environmental systems.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in contract administration, facilities management, or a related industry.
n
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract compliance.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
n
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Contract Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
n
