We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage projects across Gatton, Toowoomba and broader SEQ region.

This is a true supervisory role, you won't be on the tools. You'll take ownership of your projects, coordinate trades, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

- Managing insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion
- Conducting onsite assessments and reporting on property damage
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Reviewing scopes and keeping projects progressing
- Managing customer relationships and providing regular updates
- Managing project timeframes, quality and costs
- Resolving issues and finding practical solutions
- Ensuring WHS, building and quality requirements are maintained

What we’re looking for

We're looking for someone who knows construction, takes ownership and gets things done.

You'll ideally have:

- Experience supervising residential construction, roofing, insurance repairs or similar projects
- Strong practical building and/or roofing knowledge
- Experience coordinating trades and multiple projects
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A good understanding of WHS and quality requirements
- Confidence using technology to manage your projects
- A team-first attitude and high standard of workmanship

Highly regarded, but not essential: QBCC Supervisor Licence, relevant trade qualification, Certificate IV in Building & Construction, roofing or insurance building experience.
