About the Role

We are searching for a Broker Assistant to join our Sunshine Coast team on a full-time basis, providing support to our Brokers. With our training and support, you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks, including but not limited to:

- Policy preparation and maintenance
- Processing invoices, endorsements and renewals

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- A process-orientated approach with high attention to detail
- A strong desire for continuous learning, professional growth and career advancement
- A go-getter who thrives in a dynamic workplace




- Experience as a Broker Assistant is highly desirable
- A Tier 2 qualification is highly desirable
