We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the personal injury and workers compensation sector to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer.

n

This is a great prospect to step into a specialist role where you'll use your negotiation and dispute resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes for workers and employers.

The Role:

n

You will be responsible for managing disputes through to resolution, including:

n

n
- Working with workers, employers, representatives and internal stakeholders to identify resolution opportunities
n
- Reviewing claim histories and assessing potential outcomes
n
- Coordinating medical records, independent medical examinations and supporting documentation
n
- Representing the organisation at conciliation conferences
n
- Working closely with Case Managers and Legal Specialists on complex matters
n
- Proactively identifying opportunities for early dispute resolution
n

We are looking for:

n

n
- Experience in workers compensation, claims management, litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
n




- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience with conciliation or dispute resolution processes
n
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
n
- The confidence to manage complex and sometimes challenging conversations
n
