Job Description
Kids First in Ballajura, WA is seeking a Caring Dads Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based support to fathers who use family violence.
The role focuses on strengthening family dynamics and child safety within a adaptable, values-driven setting.
You will conduct assessments, facilitate the Caring Dads program over 17 weeks, and provide wraparound case management to participants, including those not yet ready for group work.
Prioritise safety and team-oriented practice.
