Southport Sharks is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support our chefs and keep our busy club's commercial kitchen clean, safe, and effective. This hands-on role involves lifting and working in a rapid-paced workplace, with a focus on hygiene and safety.
You will wash dishes, maintain organisation, assist with waste and stock movement, and operate dishwashing equipment safely. A rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
