Your Next Role

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated customer service administrator to join our team, this role will involve

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office.

Coordinating and scheduling appointments for plumbing services with customers.

Actioning incoming calls, emails, and enquiries with ease, providing excellent customer service.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and appointments.

Assisting in preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and job related documents.

Skills Required

Proven previous experience within customer service and administration role/s.





Demonstrated ability to plan and organise daily / weekly work load and develop schedules and timetables that are efficient for the team, with clear accurate instructions, and serving our clients in a timely manner

Previous experience with scheduling system/s necessary (Aro Flo is a bonus) and Microsoft office is a must

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

You are self-motivated and have exceptional communication skills and excellent customer service skills. You have a calm, considered and professional yet friendly demeanour, have a great work ethic and take pride in your work.You are a great problem solver and have honed time management skills. We are seeking a reliable, customer service star! who whats to play a key role in our day to day operations, 5 days per week - Monday to Friday. Whilst other team members work 3 days per week in office, this is a full time position providing stability and flow for the office and day to day scheduling.
