About the role:

As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a flexible and supportive team as we grow into busy practice at heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice workplace would be highly desirable experience an advantage.

This role will require:

- Reception, welcoming and processing patients
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties
- Managing telephoneenquiries
- Supporting the Radiologists




- Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists

Skills and experience:

- High standards of personal presentation.
- A professional, patient and courteous manner
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities
