What We Offer

- $31.14 per hour + 12% Superannuation
- Attractive allowances and performance bonuses
- Casual scheduling to suit your lifestyle – choose the hours you work, but maintain consistency each fortnight
- Fully paid training with opportunities for growth
- 99c/km travel allowance between jobs
- All cleaning products, equipment, and insurance provided

Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services
- Perform builder’s cleans, restoration cleaning, and contents cleaning when required




- Maintain a friendly and professional approach with clients and team members
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Follow company procedures including daily reporting through our app
- Represent Gleam Clean Co.’s brand values with professionalism, care, and integrity

Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence
- Own insured and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Smartphone (iOS or Android) to access our cleaning and training apps
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Preferred (but not essential)

- Cleaning experience
- Experience in builder’s cleans, restoration, or contents cleaning
- White Card
- Experience is not required, but it is highly regarded. We provide full training for the right candidates.
