About the Role

n

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Master Data Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy of product, inventory, supplier, customer, and manufacturing data across our ERP system.

n

You will work closely with Product Management, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure master data remains accurate, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Create, maintain and update master data records within the ERP system
n
- Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings and manufacturing data
n
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of product, supplier, customer and inventory data
n
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
n
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities
n
- Analyse data and produce reports to support business decision-making
n
- Manage data uploads, updates and system audits
n
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments
n




- Assist with current product introductions and product lifecycle management
n
- Support system improvements and process optimisation initiatives
n
- Develop and maintain data governance standards and procedures
n
- Ensure compliance with business policies and data management best practices
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in a Master Data, ERP Administration, Supply Chain, Inventory Control or similar role
n
- Solid experience working with ERP/MRP systems
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis
n
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs)
n
- Ability to investigate and resolve data-related issues
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the business
n
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
n
- Exposure to inventory planning and supply chain processes
n
- SQL experience
n
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
n
- Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
n
- Experience with C# programming or software development would be advantageous
n
