We're looking for a reliable, skilled Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll be working across residential new builds in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area, alongside a tight-knit team that holds itself to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role from frame to fix. You'll work closely with the site foreman and contribute to delivering homes our clients are genuinely proud of.

Key responsibilities

- Framing, fixing, and finishing on residential new builds
- Reading and working from plans accurately
- Maintaining site cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times
- Working as part of a team and contributing to a positive site culture
- Upholding the Martrick quality standard on every job

About you

- Cert III in Carpentry
- Own vehicle and full set of tools




- Solid experience in residential construction
- Solid attention to detail, particularly on finishes
- Reliable, hard‑working, and easy to work with
