MC Truck Drivers Wanted in Carnarvon WA

Centurion Transport is looking for experienced MC Truck Drivers to join its growing Carnarvon depot operation.

You’ll support freight movements across Centurion’s wider transport network while completing deliveries and multi-drop work.

This is a hands-on driving position requiring practical experience with straps and chains, coupling and uncoupling, dolly work and forklift operation.

About the MC Driver Role

Based at Centurion’s Carnarvon depot, you’ll support freight operations across the company’s network.

The position involves more than point-to-point driving.

You’ll need to complete multi-drop deliveries while safely handling the practical requirements of MC combination work.

Previous experience in a similar transport role is required.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating MC heavy vehicles
- Securing freight with straps
- Securing loads with chains
- Coupling combinations
- Uncoupling combinations
- Completing dolly work
- Operating a forklift
- Handling freight as required
- Following safe driving practices
- Supporting a safe working environment

The role requires an experienced driver who can work safely across both driving and freight-handling duties.

What You’ll Need

- Current MC Licence
- MC driving experience
- Previous experience in a similar transport role
- Strapping experience
- Coupling and uncoupling experience
- Dolly work experience
- Safe driving record
- Strong commitment to workplace safety

Multi-Drop Delivery Experience

Multi-drop work requires organisation and a professional approach throughout the run.

You’ll need to safely complete multiple deliveries while maintaining the standards expected across Centurion’s freight operation.

Previous experience completing similar work will therefore be significant for this position.

Straps, Chains & Combination Experience

Centurion is specifically looking for drivers with practical freight and combination skills.
