OCC was founded in 1995 and is a part of the Protech Group, one of Australia’s largest privately owned recruitment and labour hire firms, servicing clients across Mining, Civil, Maintenance and Construction.

We are looking for a State Manager to work out of our Seven Hills (NSW) office, driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will be responsible for building and leading a team to deliver high-quality service delivery to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Set and clearly communicate business goals and performance targets.
n
- Proactive sales and business development initiatives.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
n
- Monitor ad report on business performance metrics, with proactive action plans for improvement areas.
n
- Performance management and enablement of team.
n
- Manage budget and cost control, in line with strategic plans.
n
- Provide strong stakeholder satisfaction and monitor for areas to improve.
n

Skills and Experience: nn
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and labour hire industry.
n
- Proven ability to interpret and drive business financials.
n
- Strong leadership skills and ability to enable strong team capability.
n




- Proven ability to deliver and manage sales, budgeting and business planning.
n
- Prior experience in people and business management.
n
- Relationship focused with a self-driven solution-oriented mindset.
