The Opportunity n

Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Bogger Operator to join our team at the Renison Project in Tasmania.

n

Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the secure and efficient operation of underground Loader equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's solid safety culture.

Responsibilities n

n
- Safely and efficiently operate underground loader equipment in accordance with site standards and procedures.
n
- Complete assigned tasks and production activities as directed by Supervisors, supporting site production priorities and plans.
n
- Apply effective loading techniques to maximise productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.
n
- Maintain work areas to a high standard,



including floor conditions, windrow removal, stockpile management, and stope brow sprinkler setup.
n
- Comply with all Redpath and client safety, operational, and site-specific procedures at all times.
n

Qualifications About You nn
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment.
n
- Current Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded.
n
- Valid Manual Driver's Licence, Current First Aid & CPR, and Working at Heights certification.
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
n
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, consistently upholding Redpath's "Safety – First, Last and Always" philosophy.
