Rackley Swimming Lutwyche is looking for energetic, people-focused Customer Service & Pool Lifeguard team members to join us. This true multi-skilled aquatic role blends customer service with lifeguarding to create a protected, welcoming experience for every visitor.
You’ll help with enquiries, memberships and accounts, while also patrolling the pool deck and handling safety concerns. Pathways into Duty Management may be available for leaders with initiative.
