About the Role

n

As a Cableway Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of Skyrail, ensuring guests experience the highest level of safety and service. With comprehensive in-house training provided, you will have the chance to progress to Cableway Operator—responsible for the secure running and monitoring of the cableway operations.

n

We offer part time opportunities (approx. 30 hours per week). This role requires weekend and public holiday availability, with duties commencing at both our Smithfield and Kuranda stations.

What you'll do

- Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service
n
- Support safe and efficient passenger boarding and disembarkation
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
n
- Communicate clearly with guests, team members and management
n
- Assist with inspections, reporting, cabin configuration and emergency procedures
n
- Take part in ongoing operational, safety, mechanical and evacuation training
n
- Champion Skyrail's environmental and sustainability commitments

- A current driver licence and reliable transport to Smithfield and Kuranda

- Comfort working at heights and undertaking a range of operational duties
n
- Flexibility to work a Monday–Sunday roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- The ability to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol testing
