Capers Early Learning Northgate is growing, we are looking for Diploma Educators to join our Nursery team.

Requirements & experience:

Experience in leading a Nursery room and caring for infants

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current Working with Children Check

Child safety training (Geccko)

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework

Effective interpersonal skills with families and Educators

Duties & responsibilities:

Provide nurturing care for children

Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children

Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs

Evaluate effectiveness of different programs





Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning setting
