Massons Healthcare is seeking a hands-on operator to run customer orders and warehouse operations, while leading a small team. You'll work directly with the Director/CFO and influence daily workflows.
In this role you'll manage calls, bookings, returns, and ETAs, and run payments, orders, and stock across MYOB Acumatica. You'll coordinate packing, freight, and dispatch with a proactive mindset to improve processes.
