The Filipino Community Council of Victoria (FCCVI) is seeking an enthusiastic Commonwealth Home Support Program Lifestyle Coordinator to coordinate engaging social support programs that promote independence, connection and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate client services, social programs, outings and activities, while supporting a team of social support assistants and volunteers.
