The Client Services Officer is responsible for a comprehensive level of support and assistance to Authorised Representatives that undertake our administration services and to ensure consistent, reliable and skilled communication and services are provided in a proactive and timely manner. The role is to support all aspects of stakeholder liaison responsibilities that are delivered effectively and efficiently to achieve service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective and confident communication when dealing with financial advisers and their clients
- Lodge applications and submissions of new client business in a timely manner
