Plus Fitness 24/7 is looking for friendly, reliable and motivated people to join our team across our Kingsgrove, Earlwood, Campsie , Bexley & Miranda locations.

We have multiple casual shifts available across our gyms and are looking for people who can be flexible with their availability. In particular, we are looking for applicants who are available for afternoon/evening shifts and Saturday mornings.

About the role

This is a hands‑on Sales / Reception role where you'll be responsible for helping with the day‑to‑day running of the gym and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Membership sales and enquiries
- Making warm sales and follow‑up calls
- Assisting current and prospective members
- General reception and administration duties
- Maintaining a clean and presentable gym
- Assisting with local area marketing and promotions
- Participating in social media content when required
- General day‑to‑day operation of the gym

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with people
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable making sales and follow‑up calls
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Organised with good communication skills




- Able to work across multiple Plus Fitness locations where required
- Interested in health, fitness and creating a outstanding member experience

Previous sales, reception or customer service experience is highly regarded, however full training will be provided.

Experience within the fitness industry or a Cert III/IV in Fitness is an advantage but is not essential.

Availability

Morning: 8:00am–12:00pm / 8:30am–12:00pm

Afternoon/Evening: 3:30pm–7:30pm

Saturday: Morning Shift

We currently have a strong need for staff who are available for afternoon/evening shifts and Saturday mornings.

Applicants with flexibility to cover shifts across Campsie, Earlwood, Bexley, Kingsgrove and Miranda will be highly regarded. You MUST BE OPEN to working across ALL locations.
