Your Role

Partner with Brennan’s sales team and customers to deliver contract talent solutions, from job brief through to placement.





Source, assess and engage high-calibre consultants through referrals, LinkedIn, advertising, talent pools and your network.

Your responsibilities:

- Build and maintain pre-qualified talent pools across multiple disciplines across NSW.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers within your territory.
- Consult with customers on hiring requirements, budgets, market trends and workforce outcomes.
- Identify and execute the most effective sourcing strategy for each opportunity, including LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates, providing quality recommendations to customers.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and customers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What experience you will bring to the team:

- At least 4 years' experience recruiting Information and Communications Technology (ICT) roles in an agency or staff augmentation setting.
- Proven stakeholder and customer management skills.
- A consistent track record of hitting sales targets.
- The ability to work autonomously
- A results-driven, competitive approach and a strong desire to win
- A working understanding of Boolean search and experience with social media sourcing techniques.
