This role will be based in Victoria.

n

JOB ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Day-to-day running of allocated projects; including installation of shopfronts, joinery, build works throughout fitout
n
- General Supervision of all Trades, Sub-Trades and personnel;
n
- Ensure that staff have an understanding of site project expectations;
n
- Recognise and communicate project issues as they are discovered;
n
- Document or draw up work instructions for workshop, as required;
n
- Provide feedback to staff regarding work performance / areas for further training;
n
- Procure minor materials, if required;
n
- Co-ordination of site deliveries;
n
- Enforce company standards and ensure any defects are rectified;
n
- Manage workload effectively;
n
- Communicate with client, office and other staff in an effective and timely manner.

PRE REQUISITS

n





n
- Experience as a Site Installer, Site Foreman and/or Site Superviser;
n
- Exposure to working with and constructing shopfront Bulkheads and Entries
n
- Professional and proactive outlook with a great work ethic;
n
- Ability and willingness to travel and live away for projects, as required;
n
- Strong understanding of WH
n
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
n
- Attention to accuracy and detail;
n
- Solid planning and organisational abilities;
n
- Ability to lead and work alongside others;Ability to problem solve and deliver results;
n
- Professional and proactive outlook with a great work ethic;
n

MUST HAVES

n

n
- Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking / Joinery / Carpentry / Shopfitting;
n
- Current Driver's License;
n
- OH&S; White Card;
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Preferable but not essential
n
- EWP and Scissor Ticket Preferable but not essential
n
