As our TikTok Content Creator, you'll be responsible for planning, producing, and editing short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement. You'll be given creative freedom but also the support and resources to make high-quality, scroll-stopping videos. You'll work closely with our founder and two amazing content creators from our creative studio in Fitzroy.

You will be creating content for an established educational account within the Tech industry BUT don't worry, you don't need any tech knowledge, what you need is creativity and a love for content creation!

Key responsibilities

- Develop and pitch TikTok video concepts aligned with current trends
n
- Film and edit videos optimised for virality and retention
n
- Analyse performance metrics to refine ideas and boost growth
n
- Experiment with different formats, sounds, and storytelling styles to find what works
n

About you

n

n




- You've already grown your own TikTok or Instagram account (or managed another creator's) and understand what performs
n
- You're obsessed with TikTok / Instagram culture, trends, and the For You Page algorithm
n
- You can ideate, shoot, and edit quickly
n
- You enjoy doomscrolling and watching shortform videos
n
- Experience editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
n
- Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and viral psychology
n
- Familiarity with YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
n
- Work directly with an established content creator (700K+ combined following)
n
- Work alongside a small team of established content creators!
n
