Confidence to be responsible for day to day operations

Priceline compliance & execution skills

Stock / stocktakes (including expiry date checks)

Staff supervision of all daily operational tasks including rostering & payroll.

The Role:

Position: Retail Manager

Location: Hervey Bay, QLD

Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.




- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Must be able to roster staff according to a budget.
- Manage staff effectively to ensure a motivated and productive team.
- Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize computer software for various operational tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must be S2/S3 trained
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare products or pharmacy retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to roster staff effectively within budget constraints.
- Proficiency in staff management, report completion, and computer software usage.
