As Workplace Project Manager, you’ll take end-to-end accountability for the planning and delivery of one or more workplace projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

As Workplace Project Manager, you’ll take end-to-end accountability for the planning and delivery of one or more workplace projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and deliver workplace, construction and fit-out projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, quality and business outcomes are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and schedules, monitor financial performance and provide accurate forecasting, reporting and project controls.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change, escalating matters appropriately and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and vendors,



while coordinating project teams and creating a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Maintain effective project governance, documentation, procurement and contract administration, including NEC4 requirements, and capture lessons learned to improve future project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

- Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property, Building or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex construction, workplace and fit-out projects, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall.
- Experience managing budgets, costs, schedules, forecasting, reporting and change control, with proficiency in Microsoft Project/Primavera and SAP.
- Proven ability to proactively manage project risks, issues and governance, with experience in procurement, supplier management and NEC4 contract administration highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex workplace.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) required.
