This is a hands-on role with a small, capable team, where you'll remain active in sales while taking ownership of brand performance and presentation. It's a great prospect to develop your leadership skills while driving growth for two respected vehicle brands.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Sell new and used vehicles
n
- Manage leads and ensure proactive customer follow-up
n
- Support and guide a small team
n
- Take ownership of inventory presentation and brand marketing activity
n
- Coordinate with manufacturer partners and ensure brand compliance
n
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
n




- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business
n
