About the role

You will be the friendly voice of our swim schools, assisting families with enquiries and ensuring they receive professional, helpful and positive experience from their first interaction with us.

What you'll be doing

Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and courtesy

Responding to emails and online enquiries

Processing membership registrations, renewals and cancellations accurately and efficiently

Managing class bookings, schedule changes and customer account information

Providing information about swimming lessons, classes, and facilities

Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Processing payments and card transactions securely

Maintaining accurate records and updating customer databases

Supporting administrative tasks including data entry and documentation

Providing information about our programs, services and policies

Promoting Stanford Swim School's services and products to enhance customer engagement





Supporting our swim school managers with customer service administration

Providing a warm, professional first impression of our business

What we're looking for

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues

Strong organisational and time management abilities, particularly when managing multiple enquiries

Customer service experience in a similar fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computer systems

Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations

Attention to detail and accuracy when processing information and transactions

Positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and casual work schedules

A friendly, approachable demeanour and genuine interest in helping others

Previous experience in a swimming facility would be advantageous
