Hoban Recruitment is partnering with our client, a rapidly growing online education provider, to recruit Sales Consultants to join their high-energy call centre team in Armadale.

We're looking for salespeople ready to hit the ground running, with a start date of 30 September. This is a role for someone who loves sales, thrives on targets and gets a buzz from closing a deal — but also wants to know that the people they are speaking to are taking a genuine step towards a better career.

You'll be speaking with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying and helping them choose the right pathway for their career goals.

About the Role

n

You'll be part of a vibrant, performance-driven call centre where every day is focused on conversations, conversions and hitting targets.

n

You will:

n

n
- Speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in studying
n
- Build rapport quickly and uncover each student's career goals
n
- Recommend suitable courses and guide students through their options
n
- Handle objections confidently and turn conversations into enrolments
n
- Follow up leads and manage your pipeline through the CRM
n
- Work towards daily and weekly sales KPIs and targets
n
- Consistently work towards individual sales and enrolment goals
n
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for people who genuinely love sales.

You'll ideally be someone who:

n

n
- Has previous sales experience – essential
n
- Has experience in call centre sales or door-to-door sales – MUST HAVE
n
- Is confident, bubbly and naturally comfortable talking to people
n
- Loves the buzz of a busy sales environment
n
- Is motivated by targets, KPIs, competition and earning potential
n




- Is resilient and doesn't take rejection personally
n
- Enjoys overcoming objections and closing the deal
n
- Brings energy and enthusiasm to the team every day

- Wants to build a genuine career in sales
